The world was stunned by the news of Queen Elizabeth II’s (1996) passing. Many British citizens found it difficult to cope with the news of the royal family’s passing, but many nevertheless took the time to send their condolences.

Now that the mourning period for Queen Elizabeth II has over, King Charles III wishes to express his gratitude to the people of the United Kingdom for their comfort and understanding during this time. In an official statement released shortly before the Queen’s funeral, the King said, “As we all prepare to say our last farewell, I wanted simply to take this opportunity to say thank you to all those countless people who have been such a support and comfort to my family and myself in this time of grief.”
The King will appreciate knowing he has support from his subjects during this time of loss. King Charles was profoundly heartbroken at the renewed wake of the Queen, but the support of his people helped him get through it.

King Charles III said, “In London, Edinburgh, Hillsborough, and Cardiff we were affected beyond measure by everyone who took the trouble to come and pay homage to the lifelong service of my lovely mother, The late Queen.”

When it comes to the ultra naked class, BMW’s S 1000 R is in a class of its own. As its European rivals argue about horsepower ratings, the practical Beemer focuses on what matters most: getting from point A to point B. When compared to bikes like the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 (178 hp), the KTM 1290 Super Duke (180 hp), and the Ducati Streetfighter V4 (205 hp), the S 1000 R’s output of 165 hp is still rather good.
But BMW isn’t willing to lag in last place. At least, that’s what fresh M 1000 R type-approval paperwork implies. BMW just released the homologation special M 1000 RR, which brings the M treatment to the S 1000 RR base. The M 1000 R naked bike isn’t race-ready, but its high-end finish should get the attention of the super naked crowd.
The single-R naked bike isn’t a showcase for BMW’s 999cc inline-four engine with ShiftCam variable valve timing as the S 1000 RR is. Therefore, the S 1000 R can only produce 165 horsepower (at 11,000 rpm), but the double-R can generate 204. (at 13,750 rpm).
A ‘bathroom video’ shuts down an Indian university
Massive protests at an Indian university shut it down for a week after a woman was accused of filming other ladies in a hostel restroom without their knowledge.
A student, the protesters said, had discreetly filmed other female pupils.
There were allegations from protesting students that one of the pupils had secretly filmed other female students.

Chandigarh University is a privately-run institution in the northern province of Punjab. On Sunday, thousands of students there staged a protest when rumours emerged, both on campus and online, that many recordings of women showering had been put online without their consent. Multiple tweets suggest that the woman filmed and shared these with her boyfriend.
The university and the Punjabi police force have both disputed these claims. The woman, her boyfriend, and another guy were arrested on accusations of sharing intimate images of people without their agreement, but police stated on Sunday that they had only found recordings of the woman on her phone.
Senior Punjab Police Official and Head of Special Inquiry Team Rupinder Bhatti Said, “The investigation is underway and the accused’s phone has been sent for forensic examination.”
Ms. Bhatti also refuted a newspaper report in which unnamed police authorities claimed to have found a second video on the woman’s phone, purportedly showing a different girl.
After some of the students’ requests were met by the administration and the police, the demonstration ended late on Sunday. However, it continues to be a hot topic on the internet, where it has sparked a wave of misinformation.

Kia no longer offers the PHEV in its base SX grade.
The 2023 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid’s release price will be higher than it was previously, as will the price of most other goods in modern society. The price increase coincides with the manufacturer’s reorganisation of the PHEV’s trim levels, which sees the SX being dropped in favour of merely the SX-P. (Prestige). The starting salary is $51,185.
Compared to the base price of a 2022 Sorento PHEV SX, which was $46,165, this is a significant rise. Kia’s destination charge, which is included in both pricing, increased by $100 to $1,295 for the year 2023. The 2017 SX Prestige plug-in hybrid’s base price was less than $50,000.
The Sorento PHEV SX-P is loaded with conveniences like rear window sun shades that retract and safety features like rear cross-traffic collision avoidance technology. In addition to the foregoing, a surround-view monitor, lane-keeping assist, driver attention warning, front collision avoidance aid, and other safety systems are also included.
It comes with a panoramic sunroof, heated and ventilated front seats, a Bose 12-speaker premium audio system, a motorised tailgate, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment display.
The Kia is propelled by a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine producing 261 horsepower (195 kilowatts) and 258 pound-feet of torque (350 Newton-meters). It has a six-speed automatic transmission that Kia has paired with it. Kia’s electrified drivetrain extends its range to 32 miles, and a full charge takes 3.5 hours on a Level-2 charger.
